The staff, both Eleonora and Maria, were incredibly helpful and they were genuinely warm and friendly with everyone. They were also very thoughtful of our needs. The breakfast was excellent. Nice mix of fruit, youghurt, fantastic coffee, soft bread rolls, sliced meat and cheese and cakes. The staff made our stay at the hotel very memorable.
A couple of things: - a courtesy pick up and drop to the train station and simple lunch & dinner at the hotel. There was only one eating place for dinner within walking distance and this was the restaurant at Hotel De Mistiri.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
Did not get great wi-fi connection in our room.

Breakfast was prepared for me the night before and left in my room, as I was leaving very early the next day.
No 24hr reception, so you have to walk down to camping zeus if there are any issues. Air condition didn't work. Hotel backs onto a busy trainline, so the noise is a major problem.

Beds, bit short but new & great Newly redone, so clean and fresh (except for bathroom fan) Easy parking Almost apartment like, with fridgde, simple electrical cooking, sink Friendly flexible staff in the morning. Disappear after breakfast External entry to rooms Airco Not too far from Pompei ruins. Exit around the corner, entrance 1km walk
Noisy, next to railway & road. Saturday night noise Wifi signal did not reach room, however ethernet wall plug did work. Hotel phone out of order: call their main location Camping Zeus (1km up the road) No hotel staff most of the time, no facilities. Not close enough to the entrance for walking: however if you ask you can park for free on the camping, which is opposite one of the main entrances Price a bit high if you ask around local bed & breakfasts you can get more value for money

Well centralized to the main sights of Pompeii especially the ruins and bus/train station. Easy to find and had everything with easy access. The staff was wonderful, efficient, friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful!
WiFi didn't work in our room. Had to go outside or the breakfast are but managed with it.

We stopped to be close to Pompei ruins to spend the whole day there. Location is perfect and silent. Train is nearby but stops during night. People was very nice and helpful. Very clean place and comfortable for good sleep to start the brand new day after breakfast (capuchino is excellent).

500m from Pompeii ruins and easy to get to m. Vesuvius. Funny sounds from nearby train crossing.

The rooms were nice, clean and modern. The staff, when present, was friendly, responsive and helpful.
The location is a good 1/3 of a mile up/down hill from the entrance to the scavi and the first available food/drink by the gate. If you can't walk that far or are willing to walk that far every time you leave the place, pick something closer in. The advertised wi-fi was non-functional throughout our stay there. They seem to also have a very difficult time with communications and taking credit cards. We were ultimately forced to wire them money form the United States after several attempts to get them to charge our credit cards, as advertised. This place is a subsidiary of the camping center nearby, and after check-in hours the staff disappear and leave a note that says "please contact the camp grounds staff." If there had been a problem, there would be nobody on site to deal with it.

Friendly staff, Modern and well designed and decorated room. Small kitchen in the room №105.
Absence of Wi-fi during all our stay (2 days). They said that it was due to telephone line break-down in the area. In the same time credit card terminal was in operation. Very close to Rail line (50 meters) From 6-30 to 22-30 you can hear noises from high-speed trains and lights beeps. Reception was just next room from our and all the night I heard constant fax/phone calls.

Everything, check in is in camp ground, there was no hot water and breakfast was ok at best, asked for discount as 2 adults and 3 kids could not have a shower before or after walking through pompei, how can we say anything good, oh and it is literally right on railway crossing, yes bells and then zooming trains, keep looking.....we will not go back, ever.

It was clean and presentable
1. No free wifi existed 2. All beds were ridiculously hard 3. All staff dissappeared at 4pm and returned at 8.45am the next day 4. The room had a kitchenette with a sign that read we used anything there was an extra 10 Euro charge. 5. The booking was to include Breakfast, on our arrival we were informed it was an extra 8.50 Euro per person. 6. Lastly but by no means the quietest part - There is a train line crossing less than 100 metres away complete with bell gates and trains every 1/2 hour.

Nice location, comfortable room and amiable staff. Although we stayed in out of season moment and the staff was minimal, theservicewas excellent.
